The role is set by the invite. The chain manager sees everything; an employee sees only their own branch.

Open a chain
In Settings, tap "Chain", then "Create chain", and give it a name.

Add branches
Each branch is a separate store, with its own products, departments and alerts. Group branches into regions if you like.

Send a link or show a QR code. Whoever gets it joins the right branch in the right role.

Upload your product list
Have an Excel file with barcodes, names and departments? Upload it once, and every branch recognizes the products from the first scan.

How much does chain management cost?
A new chain gets 30 days with everything, for up to 20 branches, free. After that you choose a chain package: one monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play, at Pro or Pro+ level, for 2 to 20 branches. The discount against a separate subscription per branch grows with the number of branches: 7% for 2–4 branches, 12% for 5–9, 17% for 10–14 and 22% for 15–20. Without a package, the branches continue on the Free plan.
How do managers and staff join the chain?
Send a link or show a QR code from the app, choosing the role and the branch or region up front. Whoever gets the invite downloads the app, signs in and lands straight in the branch and role chosen for them.
What happens to the data when a branch manager or employee leaves?
It stays. Each branch's products, dates and history belong to the chain, not to whoever entered them. Invite a replacement and the branch carries on where it was.
